Managing Director

Rosanne Croxson

Office Manager
Rosanne plays a significant role in the organisation managing the scheduling of all public courses and programs. Rosanne is responsible for managing the administration staff, creating training quotes and liaising with learners and business clients.

Allan Munro

Facilities Manager
For the last six years Allan has managed logistics by overseeing the flow of training equipment and learner material between different course locations around Australia. Allan also manages the maintenance and quality of training equipment ensuring all safety requirements are met.   

Kerrylee Mitchell

Business Development Manager
Kerrylee has a long history in vocational education and training in both TAFE and private sectors. This is complemented by her experience with Australian Apprenticeships Centres (AAC) and the recruitment industry. She is particularly interested in helping clients find flexible solutions and sourcing funding to prepare a skilled telecommunications workforce.

Clare McLaren

Compliance Manager
Clare is responsible for ensuring all aspects of JB Hunter Technology meet compliance standards. Her role incorporates policy and procedure development, monitoring continuous improvement in accordance with the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) and ensuring JB Hunter Technology abides by a Quality Framework Management approach to training. 

Alyce Hopkins

Alyce has worked with JB Hunter Technology over the last three years. Her responsibilities include invoicing and quoting, processing the daily activities for accounts payable and receivable while providing learners and employers with training support and guidance.

Emma Fischer

Marketing & Communication Coordinator
Emma is in her final year of studying a Bachelor of Communication at The University of Newcastle. Her responsibilities include website management, eLearning management, coordinating promotional material, liaising with clients and supporting the Business Development Manager.

Marjorie Caulkins

Project Coordinator
Marjorie has wealth of experience working in the training environment in both Australia and the United States. Marjorie is responsible for coordinating corporate programs including liaising with clients, students and Australian Apprenticeship Centres (ACC). Marjorie also coordinates all government financial claims. 


Tayla Worley

Administration Team Member
Tayla plays an important role in guiding clients through the course registration process. Her responsibilities include answering enquiries, venue and accommodation planning, creating and distributing trainer briefings, creating class lists and liaising with clients.

Cathryn Frewin

Administration Team Member
Cathryn plays an important role in JB Hunter Technology's Administration Team. Her responsibilities include providing learners with eLearning support, assisting with the maintenance of the Learning Management System (LMS), answering enquiries, and issuing certificates. 

Carmen Rego

Trainee Coordinator

Carmen is responsible for coordinating all traineeships which includes creating tailored training programs for learners, liaising with Australian Apprenticeship Centres (AAC), and reporting to government bodies. 



Kevin Hair

Technical Storeman

Kevin works closely with JB Hunter Technology's Facilities Manager to ensure all equipment and devices work to performance standards. Kevin's expert knowledge in this area ensures learners get the most out of training resources.
