Restricted to Open Upgrade Registration
This course covers the skills and knowledge required for a person holding Restricted Cabler Registration to upgrade to an Open Cabler Registration. It includes the telecommunications regulatory framework, basic telephony, switching systems overview, installation practices and records.
Pre-requisite: Restricted Registration.
