Basic DC Principles Telecommunications Tutorial
This tutorial is not meant as a substitute for studying a nationally accredited module on AC/DC Electrical Principles. It is meant to assist those who have little or no background in electrical terminology and concepts to cope with the training modules which are mandatory for obtaining a cabling registration under the ACMA’s Cabling Provider Rules.
Knowledge of the content of this tutorial is essential for those booked onto our Structured Cabling Course or the ADC KRONE Master Installer Course.
AS/ACIF Standards - Wiring Rules
If you are doing Restricted, Upgrade or Open Registration you will need a copy of the Wiring Rules which you can download for free from here (176 pages):
