Online Coaxial Cabling - ICTTC011D

This course covers the installation and maintenance of coaxial cabling in the customer premises environment.

It also provides for the Coaxial Cabling endorsement for those who hold Open Cabler Registration.

Online Coaxial Cabling consists of two parts:

a) 5 online modules. Topics include:

Coaxial Cabling Overview, Connectors, Installation, Systems and Uses, and Transmission and Testing.

b) 1 day practical and examination at a JB Hunter venue.

Pre-requisite: Candidates should have successfully completed an ACMA Open Cabler Registration Course.

Awards: National Competency Standard 

• ICTTC011D – Place, secure and terminate coaxial cable.
