Flash Player
If content or pictures are not showing or pages blank: Click on your browser, if its listed below (other browsers such as opera may or may not work, and not supported)
Edge | Chrome | Firefox
Edge
- Ensure that Flash Player is enabled
- Click the "..." button to access the Edge menu
- Select the Settings menu item
- Scroll down to the Advanced Settings section & click the View advanced settings button
- Locate the Use Adobe Flash Player section and toggle the switch on to enable Adobe Flash Player
- Refresh your web page or open a new browser tab to test if its working
Chrome Browser
- Depending on your version of Chrome, you may have the following on your address bar:

- Click on the "i" in the circle and you will see a dropdown menu:

- Check that Java and Flash are both "always allowed"
- For Older versions of Chrome: you may need to do below. We recommend you update your browser to the latest version for better results and security
- Type chrome://settings/content in the address bar
- On the Content settings screen, find the Flash Player listing. Check the status
- Select Allow sites to run Flash, then click Done
- Navigate to the Flash section of the Content settings screen
- To manage Flash Player settings by site, click Manage exceptions.
- Click Manage exceptions to manage Flash Player settings on a per-site basis
- On the Flash exceptions screen, enter the website domain and then choose Allow. When finished adding sites, click Done.
- Close the Content settings screen.
Firefox
- Choose Firefox > Tools > Add-ons.
- Open the Add-ons dialog box.
- Select Plugins.
- In the list of Add-ons, look for Shockwave Flash (another name for Flash Player) and check the status that appears to the right of the plug-in name.
- If Shockwave Flash is disabled, Select Always Activate.
- Enable the plug-in.
- Close the dialog box.
