This qualification reflects the role of an operator in the telecommunications industry who can apply a broad range of competencies in a varied work context including installation and operation of telecommunications equipment and products.

Learners undertaking this qualification are required to undertake the 5 core units, 1 group A elective and 5 group B electives.
