Rosanne Croxson

Schedule Manager

Rosanne plays a significant role in the organisation managing the scheduling of all public courses and programs. Rosanne is responsible for managing the administration staff, creating training quotes and liaising with learners and business clients.

Terry O'Dea

General Manager

Terry is a skilled leader with over 25 years’ of experience in senior management roles, focusing on organisational design, development and change management. He continually strives to ensure JB Hunter adds value for clients through tailored solutions and improved business standards.

Kerrylee Mitchell

Business Development Manager

Kerrylee has a long history in vocational education and training in both TAFE and private sectors. This is complemented by her experience with Australian Apprenticeships Centres (AAC) and the recruitment industry. She is particularly interested in helping clients find flexible solutions and sourcing funding to prepare a skilled telecommunications workforce.

Joe Gallone

Training Operation Manager

Joe has over 30 years experience in the telecommunications industry, using his knowledge and expertise to work as both a trainer at JB Hunter and head our training management team. He ensures that compliance measures are met and maintained, and that all training staff follow current telecommunications industry standards.

Cathryn Frewin

Office Manager & Accounts Receivable

Cathryn plays an important role in JB Hunter Technology's Administration Team. Her responsibilities include providing learners with eLearning support, assisting with the maintenance of the Learning Management System (LMS), answering enquiries, and issuing certificates.

Alyce Spurr

Accounts Payable

Alyce has worked with JB Hunter Technology over the last three years. Her responsiblities include invoicing and processing the daily activities for accounts payable while providing learners and employers with training support and guidance.

Kiarnie-Maree Owen

Receptionist

Kiarnie plays an important role in guiding clients through the course registration process. Her reponsibilities include answering enquires, venue and accommodation planning, creating and distributing trainer briefings, creating class lists and liasing with clients.

Tony Williamson

Operations Officer

Tony works closely with JB Hunter Technology's Operation Support Manager to ensure all equipment and material reach our courses efficiently. Tony has a wealth of experience in distribution and sales, working specifically in the electrical and telecommunications fields. 

Kevin Hair

Technical Storeman

Kevin works closely with JB Hunter Technology's Facilities Manager to ensure all equipment and devices work to performance standards. Kevin's expert knowledge in this area ensures learners get the most out of training resources.

Jeff Robson

IT & Innovation Specialist

Jeff has over 25 years experience working in the IT industry. Jeff is responsible for the innovation of our training resource and IT support.

Marjorie Caulkins

Training Administration Manager

Marjorie has wealth of experience working in the training environment. Marjorie is responsible for coordinating corporate programs including liaising with clients, students. Marjorie also coordinates all government financial claims.

Natasha

Training Administration Team Member (QLD, SA, NT, WA & NZ)

Natasha is responsible for coordinating face to face and traineeships which includes creating training programs for learners, liaising with Australian Apprenticeship Centres (AAC), and reporting to government bodies. The Training Administration team are critical in supporting our learners undertaking full qualifications.Natasha also provides administration support in the day-to-day operations of our eLearning program.

Megan Norton

Training Administration Team Member (VIC, TAS, NSW, ACT)

Megan comes from a background of admin and finance and is responsible for the students in NSW, Tasmania, The ACT and Victoria
